  • create an account by going to our sign up page.
  • once logged in, click "submit a design" in the menu.
  • name your submission, choose the artist and the type of merch.
  • then, you'll be directed to our design maker tool.

you can design your merch in the way that best fits your idea and skill set!

  • our built-in design maker is great for beginners looking to make simple designs.
  • for advanced designs, use tools like photoshop, illustrator, or canva, then upload your files into the design maker.
  • once your design is ready, the design maker will generate a mockup for the artist to review!

we check it out

  • before your design reaches the artist, the crowd collabs team does a quick review.
  • we have to confirm you're not trying to recruit people for a weird cult.
  • our system automatically screens for design quality, originality, and anything unsavory.

your design lands in the artist dashboard. they can:

greenlight it : it's live. fans can start buying immediately

tweak it: the artist sees potential and sends feedback. fans get to chat directly with their favorite artists at this step! make the requested changes and resubmit.

hard pass: not this time, but no worries. if you're not a verified designer, you can apply to be one by sharing with us your portfolio to keep sending them in.

showtime

approved designs hit the artist's merch page. fans around the world can buy your creation, and it's all printed on demand.
